Connect your
tools. Automate
the handoffs.
Sodelia is a certified Zapier partner based in Toronto. We build multi-step Zaps that move data between the tools growing B2B teams actually run — HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Intercom, and Zendesk — across the 8,000+ apps Zapier supports, without fragile scripts or weekly babysitting.

What we build
with Zapier.
A reliable automation isn't just "a Zap that runs" — it's a system that keeps running without someone having to check on it every week. We build for that version.
Multi-step Zaps
Workflows that route, transform, and enrich data across every tool your team uses — not just one Zap linking two apps.
Custom logic and filters
Branching paths, conditional logic, and data formatters, so the automation keeps working cleanly as the workflow gets more complicated.
8,000+ apps supported
CRM, billing, support, forms, internal tools — we connect what your team already uses without adding glue code or brittle scripts.
The workflows
we ship most.
Every team has its own operating tempo, but these are the Zapier workflows that consistently free up the most time for growing companies.
Lead routing with SLA enforcement
Route inbound by territory, owner, or product area — and escalate if nobody responds in time.
Customer onboarding sequences
Welcome emails, account provisioning, docs delivery, and check-in cadences, coordinated across the stack.
CRM ↔ billing sync
HubSpot or Salesforce stays in lockstep with Stripe — plans, seats, renewals, cancellations.
Slack / Teams internal notifications
The right channel gets the right event, with the right context, with no notification fatigue.
Document generation & e-sign
Contracts drafted from CRM data, sent for signature, filed back to the right folder, logged in the deal record.
Cross-system reporting pipelines
Clean, structured reporting stitched together from the systems your data actually lives in.
Sample pipeline — Lead → Deal → Close, automated.
Treated like software,
not like a one-time setup.
Most Zapier setups drift after launch because whoever built them treated them like a one-time config. We document them, monitor them, and stay on to own them. Every Zap should survive your next tool switch.
Start with the workflow
We map every manual handoff first, so no automation ends up built on top of a process nobody fully understood.
Sketch it before building
We draw out the Zaps, filters, and connected apps on paper before touching Zapier. It keeps the final system simple and easy to maintain.
Build in the open
We ship in pieces you can watch running, so nothing disappears into a two-month build phase with nothing to show until the end.
Stay on after launch
We monitor, patch, and extend the setup as your stack and team change — which they always do.
Questions we
get all the time.
Straight answers on scope, timelines, pricing, and what a Zapier engagement with Sodelia actually looks like.
01What does it mean that Sodelia is a Zapier partner?
We're a Zapier Certified Expert agency — which means our team is vetted by Zapier, has shipped hundreds of production automations, and has direct escalation channels into Zapier support. Practically, that gets you faster debugging on Zap failures, patterns that don't hit the free-tier walls, and a team that knows when to pick Zapier over a custom solution.
02How long does a typical Zapier implementation take?
A focused engagement — auditing your current stack, building 10 to 20 core Zaps, and setting up monitoring — takes 3 to 6 weeks. A full-stack automation program with custom Python/JS steps, webhook handlers, and a team enablement plan runs 8 to 12 weeks. Day-one work for urgent Zap rescues often starts within 48 hours.
03When should we use Zapier vs. something like n8n, Make, or custom code?
Zapier wins on reliability, native integrations (7,000+ apps), and the ability to hand off maintenance to non-engineers. It's usually the wrong choice for: very high-volume data pipelines (>1M events/month), latency-sensitive flows under a second, or anything with complex branching logic across 20+ steps. We'll tell you straight when a Zap isn't the right tool.
04What does pricing look like — project or retainer?
Initial builds are fixed-fee against a written SOW. Typical projects land in the $8–40k CAD range depending on depth and custom code. After launch, most teams move to a $2–8k CAD/month retainer covering new Zaps, debugging, monitoring, and helping their own team get fluent. We don't resell Zapier licenses — you pay Zapier directly for your plan.
05Do you write custom code — Python, JS, webhooks?
Yes. About a third of our Zaps include a Code step or a webhook into a small custom service we've deployed (usually Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or Fly.io). We use code where visual steps would be fragile — complex transformations, rate-limited APIs, or logic that changes frequently.
06Can you audit and fix Zaps built by someone else?
Yes — it's actually one of our most common engagements. We audit your Zapier account, find broken or redundant Zaps, rewrite fragile ones, add error handling and monitoring, and document what's running so your team can own it. Typical audit projects are 2 to 4 weeks.
07How do you handle monitoring and what happens when a Zap breaks?
Every Zap we ship has error paths, logging into a central dashboard (usually Slack + a warehouse table), and on-call alerts for business-critical flows. During active engagements we respond to failures same-day. On retainers, response times are SLA'd in writing.
08What do you need from us to get started?
For the first call, nothing. Before the second call, it helps to have: admin access to your Zapier account (read-only is fine initially), a list of the top 3 workflows you want fixed or built, and an internal owner who can answer questions during build. Book a call and we'll take it from there.
